A former collegiate athlete, Deandre played four years of college basketball at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida, where he established himself as a leader on and off the court. He finished his career as the university’s all-time leader in both assists and steals, a testament to his basketball IQ, unselfish play, and commitment to team success.

After graduating with a degree in Sport Management, Deandre began his professional career in client relations at Impact Sports Management Group. During his time there, he enhanced his knowledge of the agent business by working closely with athletes, agents, and support staff, gaining firsthand experience in contract support, client services, and relationship management.

With a relationship-first approach to representation, Deandre prioritizes clear communication, long-term planning, and personalized strategies that align with each athlete’s goals and values. Mitch Frankel established Impact Sports Management in 1987. He has served as President of the company since its inception. Mitch has practiced as an attorney and has over 28 years of experience in representing professional athletes and NFL players. He has been an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor since 1984 and has negotiated and drafted sports contracts with a total value of over $2 Billion. Mitch prides himself on negotiating and creating contracts in an ever-changing NFL salary cap environment. What sets Mitch apart is his ability to develop close relationships with Impact’s clients and their families.

Mitch’s responsibilities at Impact Sports include negotiation of player employment contracts and endorsement agreements, coordinating and supervising marketing strategies, and overseeing business and legal matters for our clients. In addition, Mitch oversees and coordinates post-career strategies to ensure that each client is properly prepared for life after sports. His relationships with NFL General Managers and Player Personnel staff, cultivated over many years in the business, are key in providing Impact clients the necessary information regarding contract negotiations and other football related issues.

Mitch played point guard for his college basketball team and graduated from Boston College Law School in 1983. He and his wife Karen reside in Boca Raton, Florida with their son Roman.
